Income Eligibility
Homeowners or tenants have the flexibility to fulfill income qualification through either categorical eligibility or by providing household income documentation. Notably, third-party entities such as installers and vendors are unable to access the confidential household income information.Workflow Automation
Our System of Record incorporates workflow automation capabilities designed to streamline the entire energy rebate process. This includes automating tasks such as application processing, eligibility reviews, and fund disbursement, effectively reducing administrative overhead and accelerating aid delivery.PNNL Rebate Database Integration
Our solution uses a two-way integration API to transfer program data as required by the Federal Department of Energy.
It will also permit the submission of budget reservations requests for approved applications.
The two-way integration allows the PNNL Rebate Database to send submission codes back to our system confirming the reserved budget for that application.
