Qiana Daughtry

Hard working, loving chica who found her professional identity by accident.

Qiana is responsible for the Implementation Team, which oversees Community Development as well as other special program implementations for Neighborly Software. Her responsibilities include molding a young team to provide exceptional customer service and configuration of an outstanding solution to assist the Neighborly users. She is often described as knowledgeable, direct and always going the extra mile.

Prior to Neighborly Software, Qiana spent several years working for two local governments, teaching other local governments and community partners how to administer State and Federal funding. She was also the Manager of a small Housing Authority which also managed and operated a number of company-owned rental apartments and mental health living facilities. She lives in the Tampa Bay Area and enjoys dancing Bachata, driving 6-speeds, football (Go Bucs!), and spending time with family and friends.
