As we applaud affordable/workforce housing, economic and community development efforts across the Southeast, we were especially grateful to have made the journey to Augusta, Georgia to share in modern best practices that showcase partnership development maneuvers and cutting-edge techniques that help make these programs a success.
In times such as these (national affordable housing crisis & potential housing recession looming), this conference could not have been of more importance as we believe it came equipped with minds eager to advance housing policy and build upon data-driven triggers that move communities from committee conversation to thriving self-sufficiency.
