Software Engineer (Sustaining) – Level 1

Software Engineer (Sustaining) – Level 1
The Software Engineer (Sustaining) is a member of the Sustaining Engineering Team. You will be a contributor to one or more major projects, able to diagnose issues, develop solutions, test, and support NBLY Software Platform. You will have an opportunity to learn/support cutting edge technologies in the cloud (Azure).
Responsibilities:
- Interface with Development, Product Management, QA, Security and DevOps Engineering, as necessary to progress projects/tasks.
- Resolve assigned tasks from the support queue.
- Troubleshooting/Resolving production-defects by following the SDLC process.
- Primary/Secondary point of contact for client-support/success teams for functionality related defects or investigation requirements. Define process for this communication and timely responsiveness. Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Documentation for high severity issues.
- Providing development and operational support in an on-call rotation
- Provide guidance to client facing teams and dev teams as necessary in maturing tools to automate repetitive tasks (Example Data Imports and Bulk Date Updates)
- Perform Bulk Data Updates and Import as the tools mature.
- Facilitate SFTP, Azure Blob Storage – Parquets Requests
Qualifications:
- Living in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia
- BS/MS degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, React, Azure Services (preferred) or AWS.
- Exposure to services in Azure (or equivalent in AWS): ADF, API-Management, Service Bus, Power BI, Azure Functions
- Experience working with monitoring tools App Insights etc.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SDLC Tools like JIRA/Confluence.
- Experience with iOS and Android development (Xamarin, Ionic) is a plus
- Ability to debug and fix application issues
